H-1B

This visa allows you to come to the US if you already have an acceptance letter from an employer in the US and you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree at minimum.

H-1B1 Work Visa

H-1B1 is for employees of Chile and Singapore only who have pre-arranged jobs in the US and are nationals of Chile or Singapore.

H-2A Work Visa

H-2A visa is filed by an employer in the US for a foreign employee to fill a position for an agriculture-related job.

The L-2 visa allows dependents and spouses of L-1 visa holders to accompany him/her to the US.

O Work Visa

The class O visa is only for people with extraordinary skills in sciences, arts, education, business, and athletics, coming to the US.

P Work Visa

The class P visa is for athletes, entertainers, artists, and their support personnel, coming to the US for any performance.

Q Work Visa

Q visa is for professionals coming to the US for providing value in any cultural exchange program. The cultural exchange program’s sponsor needs to file the petition for the Q visa holder.
